About the Founder

Dan Bojczuk leads FreedomTech CU Advisors with a relentless focus on transforming credit unions into agile, technology-driven institutions. With a career spanning credit unions ranging from $3B to $13B in assets, Dan has built two Center of Excellence teams that significantly impacted lending operations. These teams delivered system optimization, process efficiency, and data-driven insights that elevated portfolio performance and member experience.

Early in his career at Alliant Credit Union, Dan contributed in developing a loan origination system, gaining hands-on expertise in aligning complex software architecture with business needs. This experience shaped his deep understanding of how technology can unlock growth, streamline operations, and create scalable systems.

At Vantage West Credit Union, he led a team that modernized lending systems and forged powerful partnerships, demonstrating the impact of aligning technology with strategy. A graduate of CUNA Management School, Dan blends operational expertise with visionary leadership, driving credit unions to achieve operational excellence and empower their members.
